How feedback is collected

• After a course, workshop, project or support interaction.
• Through WhatsApp, email, the contact form or a public review platform.
• Without payment, discounts, gifts or pressure for a positive rating.

What may be published

• Only feedback CYBEX has permission to display.
• Names may be shortened for privacy when requested.
• Minor spelling edits may be made, but the meaning is not changed.
• Critical feedback is not excluded merely because it is negative.

Corrections and removal

If feedback attributed to you is inaccurate, outdated or published without permission, contact us. We will verify the request and correct or remove the item where appropriate.

Course outcomes

Individual results vary by prior experience, attendance, practice, project completion and market conditions. CYBEX does not guarantee jobs, earnings, clients, sales or platform approval.
