CYBEX Hotel Management System is a cloud hotel software (PMS) that brings the tape chart, reservations, guest bills, housekeeping, staff tasks, accounts and stock control of a hotel into one browser-based system. It is built by the CYBEX team in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and is used through hotel.cybexit.co.uk. Every new hotel gets a 30-day free trial, then pays a monthly plan.
What the hotel software does today
Reservations, tape chart and guest bills
- Live tape chart: drag a booking to another room or date, double-click an empty cell to book.
- Double bookings are blocked automatically.
- Check-in, check-out, guest folios, charges and payments by cash, card terminal or bank transfer.
- A public booking page for direct bookings from your own guests.
Housekeeping and night audit
- Room status board: clean, dirty, inspected, out of order.
- Automatic night audit that posts the room charges for the day.
Staff logins, roles and task assignment
- The hotel owner creates logins for manager, HR, front desk, accounts, housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Each role sees only the pages it needs.
- Managers assign tasks with a priority and due date, and staff mark them in progress or done.
Reports, receipts and statements
- Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, total revenue and tax collected for any date range.
- PDF receipts, guest statements and a daily manager report, plus an Excel summary workbook.
- Your own hotel logo on every document.
Accounts and inventory
- Supplier bills, profit and tax summary, money owed to suppliers and by guests, and a CSV ledger export.
- Stock control for towels, toiletries and minibar items, with low-stock flags and purchase orders.
Modules and more than one property
- The owner switches modules on or off for each property, so staff only see what the hotel uses.
- Professional and Enterprise plans let one owner add several properties, switch between them and compare occupancy and revenue.

Plans start at £49 a month (Starter, up to 20 rooms and 1 property), £129 (Professional, up to 100 rooms and 5 properties) and £349 (Enterprise, up to 1,000 rooms and 50 properties), after the 30-day free trial. Self-service sign-up currently supports hotels in the UK, Ireland, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia, and prices are in pounds. Pakistani rupee billing for hotels in Pakistan is not available yet: message us on WhatsApp to register your interest.
